How does billing work?
Everything runs on prepaid credits where one credit equals one US dollar of metered usage. A job reserves an estimate before it starts, settles against real provider and compute usage, and refunds the unused hold.
Can I top up my own credits?
Workspace admins request credits from inside the app and the platform team approves them. That keeps spending authority with whoever owns the budget, and every grant is recorded in the ledger.
Do you keep my footage?
Every workspace has its own isolated data root for sources, renders and its media library. Nothing is shared between workspaces.
Which voices and models are available?
Amazon Polly (including generative voices) and ElevenLabs for narration; Claude, GPT and Gemini for planning and copy; Wan for generated video. The platform team keeps the rate card current.
